Five homes, one way of caring
Springwood Care provides therapeutic residential care for children and young people in small homes across England. Their website needed to reassure families and give placing professionals what they need quickly.
While rebuilding it, we found that the old referral form had been quietly losing every referral it received. The new form saves each referral safely and emails it at once, and the monthly health report now checks that the emails keep arriving.
